Mesothelioma is companesated by the company that installed it and companies that made and ocmpanies it had installed. The Agent Orange was deployed by the military govt and they signed a waiver to avoid private compensation fromt he venders and delviering agents. My grandfather has Agent Orange,but he was also on a helicopter that dopped the jungle bases to other soldiers guarded the agent orange at the base,and airport staff and field personnel shipped abroad. None of these people like my grandfather may be sued for dumping Agent Orange on other military members. The VA has to provide compensation in the form of agent organe disiability VA,which will have do.
