There radiologists can view the report CT-Scan for a second opinion,is to download pictures on the net?
Hi,My mother was diagnosed Malignant Mesothelioma. Subsequently been recovered and Extras plural Pneumenectomy progress. This was followed with radiotherapy. Now,CT –scan was performed,which showed an accumulation of fluid in the left hemi Thorex (the same area where the operation is carried out) and suspicious nodules. There radiologists who may review the findings on CT of a second opinion right? I know that I visit most qualified radiologist,but I I want somebody Cancer Institute has recognized that the experience of lung Cancer Mesothelioma / revision to do. Can I send a CD or otherwise,that I can download CD to a file hosting site and provide a link to download and review.
I do not know of any radiologist who come on here,and I doubt anyone else would be qualified to read. Try to find a qualified radiologist in your area who has some experience in mesothelioma. You can try a local university hospital. They also have an oncologist who has expertise in mesothelioma would be useful. You have the right to obtain a second opinion,but not where to find him.
