Frivilius lawsuites including asbestos exposures (for people who never came into contact with asbestos) bankrupt 1000's of healthy companies in the U.S.. Unions made a mocekry of hard work in the year 1990,when sweeps was Unsustainble $ 100,000 salary and pensions. Was it real China,which cost us 34 million jobs in the past 12 years? We have a "real"unemployment rate of 12.7%,that's more than 20 million people.
I agree with you legal issues and trade unions that at least made a major contribution to unemployment. But I ask this,that the wrong person that the suit,the lawyer whose case,the judge hearing the case or the jury awards.
